South on York Road at Davisville the light turns red while 1/2 block north, the light at York and Easton is still green, overfilling the distance between the two and creating gridlock when the light on Easton turns green. This situation also prohibits left turns (south) from Park Drive onto York (611). If the light at Davisville (sout 611) held green 5-8 seconds after the light at Easton went red, the situation would be eliminated. ((The reverse is also true for the northbound lanes). Stagger the light timing.
