Ongoing problem not attended to by building occupants. Consistently blighted for past 4 1/2 years. Occupants regularly use and conduct business in the building yet rarely maintain it in any way.

Continues to be an attractor for illegal dumping and graffiti, going on 5 years now...

The building alarm bell also goes off randomly nearly every day, at least once, for 30minutes to 3 hours.
