Description

There are two steel plates that were places not long ago probably for fixing of pothole of the like. I don't know if this is just a temporary measure but every time car drives over, very LOUD disturbing sound is heard as the steel plates rock and forth and hit each other. Multiple times throughout the day and especially at night one is awakened from the loud noise. If this is something permanent, please fill in the cement-below evenly to prevent the rocking sound; if not please fix the underlying cement permanently and remove plate. Also, plate is very slippery when went and one has witnessed falls on it at night when vision is sub-optimal-another reason the plates should be removed and cement below fixed properly.
