Description

A red car has been parking under the street light in the dead end of Balzer street for about a month or little more. Don't know who this car belongs to and never see anyone coming or going with it however it is gone during the day. There is a newer "no parking between 10 p.m to 6 a.m. sign at the beginning of the dead end but they apparently don't see it or believe it. The snowplow and granger trucks already have a hard time turning around in this area without the car there.
