Description

The lanes on S street are narrow, and there's no bike lane, cyclists must squeeze between parked cars and ones being driven. However there is a 3rd, continuous, median lane. for turning right or left. Please restripe this street to eliminate the median lane, using the extra space to make bike lanes on either side. (To preserve the "separate turn lane" functionality, you could remove a couple of parking spaces at the intersections.)
