Portable toilet was picked up and moved toward parking lot however there STILL IS WASTE where it was knocked over. Trash still over flowing from can into woods, street, etc. and still full and at dog park. I have photos if needed. This can not be safe!

In an effort to better respond to issues we are closing issues prior to 2017 that are not infrastructure related.
