Over the past three months our backyards have turned into a lake/river multiple times when raining hard. This used to not happen at all. Now it is a frequent event. I decided to go check out the creek. It turns out that the culvert where Fairview Drive goes over the creek is blocked up and serving as a dam to flood our backyards. When flooding the other side of the culvert is completely open while our side is dammed up. Can someone clean the culvert out so it will drain at full capacity?
