Q. Please explain your issue:
A. Our Comcast (which we NO longer have) cable line is drooping/dragging on the ground since it came off of the power line on our hill. Someone contacted Comcast but they're not interested because we don't have an account. Do you have any suggestion on what to do with it? We'd be happy to just cut it from our house to the street pole, but I don't believe that's allowed, is it?
