There is some ugly street art under the highway over pass. Bunch of pictures of people, looks like an advertisement like you see on the highway and it ruins my day every time I drive past it.

Good public art policy means a diversity of works and styles. You may find this work ugly (I do not) but the next bit of public art may be something that you love and I cannot stand! This art is working to make the underpass more interesting.
