This area has become a health issue with the overpopulation of rodents,the poor drainage leading to west nile infested mosquito breeding ground and a cut through for criminals ie. drug and illicit sexual activity by kids and adults alike. The county has pretty much washed their hands of this since it is private property held by Spitzer Management Corp. who also has no intention of doing anything with this property other than let it rot with the rest of their abandoned properties throughout the area. It is unconscionable for anyone private corporation all the way to local govt. So Sorry we ever moved here. Never saw such ignorance of the law or laziness in my life and I have lived in small towns, large townships and big cities in my life.
