County-foreclosed house the garage is wide open. Shortly after the yard sign advertising the auction sale appeared, the garage door has fallen down (or has been taken down by intruders). The garage appears full of garbage. Also, the back yard has not been mowed in years (I have personally been mowing the front and side yards because no one else was).
