This happens often, and the last couple weeks it's almost daily, usually starting around 3pm (when the school buses are active) and continues through rush hour. On occasion it will cycle to green but it's rare. I work at that corner and we call it in to the police almost daily (we take turns each time it happens) but it's not been permanently fixed.
