The truck did not completely empty my recycling bin. It's still half full and wasn't packed tightly at all. It's still at the curb. It was like he was in a rush to get everything done this week. Even all of my neighbors bins are just paying in the ground where the driver tossed them. :-(

So when is someone coming to get my recycling? So you're saying that because it's hot that my neighbors can all get theirs picked up but I can't?

I have referred your concern to our Solid Waste Services staff. I will ask them to come out to collect the recycling. When they have responded I will update this issue.
