Description

There is a large mound of cardboard at the foot of a large elm tree abandoned for three weeks. Presumably it was used as a bed for a homeless person. Now, at the root of the tree, someone is adding more cardboard - about four feet high. It is choking the roots of the tree and looks like a dump
