drinking doing drugs east side of rotary house not safe to let grandkids walk that way anymore to go downtown granddaughter has been acosted and told to have drink and drugs with them she has been followed on more then one occasion and has had to run home also passed out people in the long grass and under trees in the ally ways in this area we pay taxes here and feel that more should be done to protect the citizens of the hillside hillcrest areas also new fence there covered in graffiti
