Personal emergencies kept me from being home frequently. Being laid of after 15 yrs, I couldn't pay the $800 for the dead tree to be removed, though finally a nice neighbor removed it for free. Why don't you complain about the big puddle of water that turns to ice every year.... let's try to work together to get that issue resolved.
