I think you all were purposely not responding to my claim. i was trying to find out who was responsible for the unsecured manhole that i got severely injured in.
it just seemed the whole county /state wanted my case to fail. And, because of your lack of timely response it did and cost my$66,000. shame on the people that let this fail.

No one ever responded to me about this man hole. the county was really trying no not to answer my request

you are posting to a site that the County does not monitor and does not participate with. If you want to reach the County Government, you need to direct your inquiries to them directly. They have a risk management section that likely handled your claim, if you filed one with them, and that is how you should be corresponding. If they are not responsive, the County Manager's Office is another avenue you have available to you for resolution of issues. But it sounds like you were informed as to the responsible party, Fibrelight, and you also need to be pursuing their insurance.
