You have to be more specific to get any attention to a problem here on this ClickFix. Without a specific explanation, it's undetermined where exactly this situation is. Only the map gave me a clue but not a definitive one. Then you see who is responsible for cross walk signs in that area. You personally go to that department to report it and say what a danger it is to many people who frequent events and buildings. Is anyone in authority aware of this? Ask how long it will take before it's fixed and no one gets hurt or killed because a driver or pedestrian would sue for letting it continue to be like that.
