Description

There is a sunken utility access in the center of Oakwood Ave, right in front of Sausse Ave and 14 Oakwood Ave. Being a truck route many trucks hit this sunken hole and it makes a god awful loud noise and shakes nearby houses.

Please DPW come fix this ASAP.
