Vina @ Laclede is a near-miss every time. At the very least there should be some sort of signage indicating to those at the stop sign on Vine that cars on Laclede do not stop. Uptown's apparent exemption from turn signal usage makes it even more fun.

The city of Dallas' Department of Street Services investigated the traffic flow at the intersection and determined that no additional stop signs are needed.
