Still not fixed just about a year later. I contacted Caltrans about this and they closed my ticket without fixing it. I have to follow up with them again today, but this is still an Oakland hazard that needs to be fixed. The city of Oakland should be just as concerned with this and not just pass the buck to caltrans. Or, should be nagging caltrans like I am to get it fixed.

I had opened a ticket with caltrans last year about this and it's hasn't been resolved.
