I have notified EMC. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the issue to be resolved. Please let me know if the issue has not been addressed at the end of that time frame so that I can either re-notify EMC or close the issue.

Just an update... This light is still not working.

I have re-notified EMC. They said they could not locate the order and will be reprocessing it. Please let me know if it is not fixed within 7 business days so that I can follow up again. Sorry for the delay.

I just wanted to follow up and see if the light has been repaired. Can you give me an update?

I am going to go ahead and close the issue. If it has not been resolved, please reopen it and I will contact EMC again.
