Tarmac is in shambles surrounding the manhole @ the NE corner of Broadway and Galileo/Binney. Is quite a shock to drivers who run over it, and it poses an immense danger to cyclists who could very easily go over the bars if one were to find his or her front wheel in this massive cavity.
