Why doesn't Troy make it illegal for anyone to operate any ATV that is not licensed for road use within the city limits. Not only are they dangerous in the hands of teenagers who have no sense of responsible behaviour, they are noisey and they rip up property.
Within the past several months I have been awakened a number of times in the middle of the night hearing them race up and down Linden, Sampson & Spring Ave's. If they are not on the road illiegaly than they are tresspassing on city and private property..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
Please city council and Mayor consider this issue!!!
