I'm wondering how you'd know they're drug abusers by just looking at them?

Wow, how was such a detailed assessment made of these residents? Did you get to know them well? Oh, never mind, this report is from 2012, maybe they've grown up by now. ;)

The people at this residence abandoned it shortly after this post. But not before trashing the property, stealing the appliances, ripping off cabinet doors and leaving all the windows and doors open in a rain storm.
