Thankful for neighbors who care enough to take action for the restoration of our houses. Hopeful that the investor will take note of this and follow through on on his commitment.
I especially feel bad for whoever owns the home next door which appears to be well-kept based on what is visible in the photo. The City needs to step up and help those of us who are trying to maintain and restore pride in the area.
Crack houses are bad on numerous levels. First, they are decrepit and dangerous. Second, they attract individuals who use fire to burn crack and "accidentally" burn down houses. No one deserves for their life or home to be damaged because of a crack house.
The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector, for the City of Richmond, has notated in the case file, that the reported issue has been corrected to meet code regulations. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
