Description

Electrical Hazard!

I saw someone step on this, there were a lot of sparks and he was electrocuted. This is a serious liability and hazard.

A man was electrocuted?? Did an ambulance come? The police? Was he killed? so the police know about it and did nothing?

He sustained an electric shock and was on the phone with the police department as I was taking the picture to report it to SeeClickFix.
