Description

Driver looked to the left for cars but did not look to the right for pedestrians/cyclists and pulled out right in front of me so I crashed into his car in the pedestrian crosswalk and am hurt. I collected driver's information but now he and his insurance company are denying responsibility.

you need to report accidents to police, and have a police report filed, by calling 911 at the scene
