I have lived in the neighborhood continuously since 1976 and the only attempt at repaying in that time was the application of slurry to the center of the street generally between Stonewall Ave and New Kent. Shameful neglect by DPW and the City Administration. I've asked the 4th District Council Member of numerous occasions to have the street resurfaced and have had no response
