Actually this issue is near, but not the same as http://seeclickfix.com/issues/2083799. Under Issue 2083799, the ditch was dipped on the west side of Camille from the Lily Flagg Pool driveway to the corner. This issue is about the raised spot in the ditch on the west side of Camille, SOUTH of the Pool's driveway. Will upload some annotated photos...
