Q. Please provide any additional information about the catch basin issue to assist Town employees in remediating the situation.
A. A cloud of water vapor wafts out of this grate as well as the next one along West St heading westwards. Not elsewhere. Suspect a cross connect with a sanitary sewer from businesses along Highland Ave or Avery. Please check.
