Description

At least 4 lights burnt out in the skyway that crosses Wacouta, north of 6th street. Cameras point at ceiling as well. Carpet is stained with urine - skyway smells like smoke. Vagrants sleep here. These issues and lack or maintenance make it more inviting. Reported the cameras once before and nothing has been done. PLEASE HELP!!
