Drainage insufficient to handle rain, leaves and neighbor (4313) sump pump effluent. Hazardous getting in and out of vehicles with small children and having to jump 2 feet of water to get to yard. Pay entirely too much to live here to have insufficient drainage. When temps drop and puddles freeze, it is a significant hazard. Please correct either by increasing drainage, more timely street cleaning to remove leaves or preventing neighbor from pumping additional water to the street.
