Description

There is a broken street light on Idaho between 22nd and 23rd street. It's beginning to attract people camping out there at night and sleeping in their trucks. I believe there is one camper there now in a black truck with old Cali plate 1w65349. The broken light is also in front of an unoccupied house. We need to have a light there ASAP as it has been out for over a month now.
