Description
The neighbor comes and goes at all hours of the day and night with his big rig with air brakes. At night the air brakes being set scares my dogs and gets them barking, jolting me awake and scarring the family. I was under the impression vehicles like this were not permitted to be parked in residential neighborhoods, as told by a code enforcement officer. I have included a picture from the other day

It's unfortunate but unless a Parking Enforcement officer catches them in the act of of having the commercial vehicle onsite when officer the visits, there's not much that can be done. They cannot give citations out based on a picture. They have be caught in the act.

This info is kept confidential per Code's website. The info is needed to verify that issue is ongoing. If it's not, then no officer would be sent.
