The city requires that we buy a decal parking permit every single year. HOW DO I REMOVE THE DARN THING FROM MY WINDOW SO I CAN REPLACE IT? I have tried windex; I have tried goo gone; I have tried carving it tiny piece by tiny piece off my window with an exacto knife. Now I have a mangled 3/4 sticker and still no legal way to affix the new sticker without potentially causing too much view blockage. Please help. I am so frustrated I could throw my exacto knife and the window.
