Hello. There is a "No Turn On Red" sign at the foot of the ramp from North M-53 to 23 Mile Rd east (exit 20A). With the much lower traffic count on east-bound 23 Mile Rd during off-peak hours, would it be safe to add the verbiage "5 AM to 9 PM" to the NToR restriction? Thank you.
