I had to swerve around it and into the oncoming lane. This was been nearly invisible at night. It looks like someone did some remodeling and dumped the debris on the street. There is also a recliner on the sidewalk around the corner on Mountain.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 12/01/2015, service request # 619579.
