Description

The owner of this van lives at 1919 market st. It has been parked right in front of our front door with 2 completely destroyed rims for over 3 weeks now. At one point we saw parking enforcement talking with the owners and for whatever reason they talked their way ot of a ticket. No parking 3 nights a week has been completely ignored for 3 or so weeks. The owner hasn't touched it in all that time. Please remove this vehicle before someone lights it on fire...
