Our neighborhood has been collecting the yard signs that litter Hillsborough Street and the roundabout and the medians, now Cricket Wireless has put these giant flags on both sides of the street and the traffic circle with metal stakes. These are illegal, shouldn't they only be allowed in front of their business and not all up and down the street and traffic circle median?
