Description

I-64 West and Eastbound between I-195 and Parham Road needs to be repaved with asphalt. The cement surface has broken up and the multiple patches are terrible to drive over. Instead of spending drips and drabs on poor patches, spend once on good paving. This is one of the worst stretches on interstate that I have ever encountered and is an embarrassment to the Commonwealth.
