Since this is a liquor licensed establishment, none of the tables are permitted to be along the curb edge; all of the tables and chairs must be directly adjacent to the licensed premises, not across the public way (sidewalk), and occupying no more than half the north-to-south measurable dimension of the sidewalk according to PLCB regulations. PLCB rules prevail, not City rules, since the premises holds a liquor license. Serving alcohol beyond the licensed premises and at the adjacent properties, east and west, is illegal, regardless of permission granted by the owners of the adjacent properties.
