Description

About 8 warped steel plates cover a DWSD main project on East Jefferson at Burns. They have been there over 3 months. EVERY east bound vehicle bits them with the sound of thunder, the noise is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The prior joke repairs lasted only a week. Please.fill the holes and remove the plates now. You have driven all of us crazy for THREE MONTHS!!!!!! Fix it, no more patches.
