This situation with basin inlet cleaning needed because of flooding has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020853258 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. They have cleaned it out before without result. We need a better analysis and assessment of the problem. Several corners in the area have this problem and have had. It for the last 10 years. We need a thorough inspection and diagnosis with a long term solution.
