This hazard has not been repaired yet.

So, this little hazard still exists (photo attached). It would be unfortunate for someone to trip, fall, injure themselves, then sue the city and property owner. Maybe it could be fixed before the multi-thousand dollar suit?

It's still a hazard.

New coffee shop opening on Tuesday will garner more foot traffic. How much does the City pay out of the general fund for "Trip and Fall" injuries these days? Assuredly, it is more that the cost of some asphalt patch.

Reported in 2012. No action. I guess it is not much of a trip hazard as I thought.
