Slight dip stays submerged with water with several inches if not feet at times. Hazardous to drivers travelling both east and west due to each side trying to avoid the deepest part of the water. Floods out engines, damages tires and hubcaps and also is a general hazard that if travelling fast enough when entering water, could cause drivers to lose control and/or airbags to deploy. City has not responded to concerns which may lead to potential accidents and subsequent lawsuits.
