Description

The sewer drain at the corner of laurel and woodland is at least 6" below the road level. Someone is going to be seriously hurt if they hit that hole. One was repaired just down the street on Woodland last year with the same problem. There is poor drainage and too much underground water and it is eroding the ground underneath the roads in that area.
