Per the Town's Property Maintenance Ordinance our office is required to take certain information for all Housing and Property Maintenance compliances. All complaints regarding Housing and Property Maintenance must be accompanied with an offical Housing & Property Maintenance complaint form. The form can be obtain on the Town's website on the Community Development homepage or by clicking on the following link: http://www.enfield-ct.gov/content/91/12798/788/39079.aspx

The form can be completed and submited directly online. The Property Maintenance Ordinance does not require the Town to investigate anonymous complaints. All form will be retained at the Office of Community Development at 100 High Street.

what was resolved the grass was mowed but how about the fact that the whole plaza looks like a dump? This could be such a nice plaza if the owner took care of it. It is an absolute eye sore.

The outstanding violations have been resolved in accordance with the Town's Property Maintenance Ordinance. The overall appreance of the plaza does not in itself constitute a violation.
