Description

I am a tenant in a shopping center located at 3071 Medlin Dr. Our landlord does nothing to maintain this property. Potholes in the parking lot; poorly lit parking lot, trees have all been cut down. This is an eyesore on the whole community. I thought there was a city rule that requires all shopping centers to have a certain number of trees in their parking lot. The two large trees in this shopping center were cut down about a year ago and there is now an unmaintained brick bed with loose bricks breaking off into the parking lot. This is a hazard and eyesore to the businesses and neighbors. Can anything be done to have the landlord improve this property. Thank for your help.
Concerned business owner
