Good morning. Can Raleigh please evaluate a dedicated left hand turn signal at east bound Chapanoke onto S Saunders? Every morning, there are people bypassing the left turn lane for the straight lane only to cut in front of those queuing to turn creating increasingly dangerous situation. If not possible, increased police patrol presence during morning departure times to discourage this dangerous practice would be good stop gap measure. Thanks.
